Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, so please review your order carefully before checking out.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for online orders.
- This policy applies to both in-stock and pre-order items.
- Our policy is clearly stated on product pages and at checkout. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via UPS/USPS and are out of our control once they leave our facility.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact UPS/USPS directly for assistance.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs, natural occurrences, carrier transfers, or additional fees once your package leaves the U.S.
Order Adjustments
- If you need to change your size or color, email us immediately at support@deeperthandesigner.com.
- Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is issued, we are unable to make changes. Adjustments can only be made if the order has not been processed yet and if the requested size or color is available.
