Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- In-Stock Items: Please allow 1-4 business days for processing and verification before shipment.
- Pre-Order Items: Please allow 2-4 weeks from the order date for processing before shipment. All pre-orders are made to order and may take 1-2 weeks to be prepared. Due to COVID-19, processing times may extend to 1-3 weeks in some cases.
Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping & Tracking
- Orders are shipped via UPS/USPS. Once your package leaves our facility, UPS/USPS is responsible for delivery.
- If your tracking states "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact UPS/USPS directly for assistance.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, carrier transfers, or additional fees once the package has exited the U.S.
- Orders over $130 (before taxes) qualify for free 2-day shipping within the U.S. (business days only, excludes holidays).
For APO/FPO military addresses, transit times may be prolonged due to government clearance protocols.
Shipping Carrier Delays
- We rely on the same tracking information provided to customers. If your package is still in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for updates.
- If your tracking states your package was delivered but you did not receive it, email support@deeperthandesigner.com for assistance. While we are not required to replace missing merchandise, we will assess each case individually.
International Shipping
- All international packages are subject to customs duties, taxes, and inspections.
- We are not responsible for additional fees, including duties or customs charges. If you refuse to accept these charges and the package is returned, we will not issue a refund or reship the order.
Order Confirmation & Address Verification
- You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folderor verify that you entered your email correctly.
- Be thorough when entering your shipping address to avoid delays. If the system cannot verify your address, your order will be placed on hold until you provide confirmation or corrections.
